Workplace Energy Shifting

This program is aimed at uncovering the barriers or blocks of those people within your organisation that do not enjoy and therefore do not participate in physical energy work; or have had poor results with retention to building real and sustainable health results.

It will explore the following wellness concepts both at an individual and organisational level in a series of structured training workshops:

  • Health as a value system
  • Setting realistic outcomes / timeframes for new energy
  • Breakdown barriers to physical exercise
  • Exploration of sedentary related behaviours
  • Exploration of shopping behaviours
  • Defining and recognising conscious and sub-conscious health states – hunger vs satiety / self-sabotage
